Khidekel Suprematism Masterpieces Art Jewelry Collection
The iconic images of infinite Suprematist legacy translated into breathtaking and elegant jewelry creations.
KHIDEKEL ArtDesign launches a collection
of Suprematism Jewelry based on original early 1920s works by Lazar Khidekel (1904-1986), Suprematist artist and visionary architect, associated with Marc Chagall, El Lissitzky and Kazimir Malevich.
Suprematism, invented by Kazimir Malevich in 1913-15 on the top of modernism movement, became a foundation of the visual culture of the 20s and 21st centuries.
Inspired by the exploration and development of a new language of geometric abstraction, Suprematism’s notion of an organic form-creation continuum and crossing disciplinary divide, Lazar Khidekel created art and futuristic floating cities that refer to the future.
“He is not a mere visionary of the past, but an architect whose work should inspire all of us to become as young as his ethereal vision." Daniel Libeskind.
Lazar Khidekel’s legacy is relevant today as never before.
